An automatic sprinkler system eliminates the guesswork from lawn maintenance and supports lush, healthy vegetation that increases the value of your place of business. From installation, to seasonal maintenance, we can help you distribute water only when and where your plants need it. Professional installation and maintenance will improve performance and the longevity of your investment.

No system in place yet? North Ridge can review your options and work with you to determine the solution that is best for your property.

Clients can choose to have North Ridge perform regular maintenance on their system. Whether you opt for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance we will check your system for proper water distribution, check zones for overwatering or underwatering, and adjust heads and nozzles to make sure water is not being wasted.

Spring Activation
North Ridge will pressurize all lines, check zones/heads for operation, and adjust heads where needed. We will repair broken heads or leaks that are found. If you would like improvements in areas where plants have grown and
matured, we will provide an assessment and make recommendations for improvements.

Winters in Minnesota are very cold, and winterizing your sprinkler system to protect from freeze damage is an absolute must. Our technician will hook an air compressor up to the system, and then run through each zone with air, blowing out all the water. All drains will be left open.

We recommend yearly activation in the spring and winterization in the fall to ensure your system’s optimum performance.

Once the source of the problem is identified our team will work with you to determine the most efficient solution for your property.
